ingredients:
*4 turkey cutlets or chicken
*8 Cheese burger or 8 slices of Emmental cheese
*4 slices ham
*Breadcrumbs
*1 egg
*Salt and pepper
making:
1- Divide the scallops 2 in the lengthwise, season.
2- Ask a slice of ham on one side of the scallop and 2 slices of cheese hamburger or emmental.
3- Close the schnitzel with the other side.
4- Beat a whole egg in a bowl and soak the blue ribbon on all sides. Then dip it in breadcrumbs.
5- Once the cordon bleu breaded, cook it in a hot oiled pan on each side. Cook 50 minutes.
