Char kway teow recipe

ingredients:

*1 kg of noodles
*4 tbsp chopped garlic
*540 g bean sprouts
*180 g of Chinese mustard greens
*2 Chinese sausages - Sausage Chinese Card
*12 medium sized shrimp
*5 eggs, beaten
*4 tbsp fish sauce "Nuoc Mam"
*6 tbsp soy sauce
*3 tbsp chili paste sambal
*180 ml of seafood broth
*200 ml oil

making:

1- Clean mustard greens. Drain. Book. 

2- Cut the sausage into thin slices.

3- Shell the shrimp. Book.

4- Beat eggs in a bowl. Book.

5- Heat a large wok until very hot. 
heat 1 case of oil and cook very quickly shrimp. Reserve on a plate.

6- Add 150 ml of oil in the wok, reduce heat slightly and fry garlic until fragrant and brown.

7- Add noodles, bean sprouts and mustard greens and fry it while stirring constantly for about two minutes.

8- Push the ingredients on the sides of the wok to form a well in the center.

9- Add the remaining oil or grease, and heat.

10- Add the beaten egg and fry everything with the noodles.

11- Add the sambal chilli and stir the noodles until the eggs and sambal chilli are mixed the noodle.

12- Add fish sauce and black bean sauce.

13- Fry all ingredients together for one to two minutes before adding the Chinese sausages, cooked shrimp and broth of seafood.

14- Mix everything. Continue cooking for 1 minute.

Serve hot.
