ingredients:
-3 large eggs
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 24 biscuits
- 1/2 liter of unsweetened black coffee
- 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
making:
1- Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the egg yolks + sugar + vanilla sugar. Add the mascarpone whisk.
2- Beat the egg whites and gently stir with a spatula to the above mixture.
3- Prepare black coffee.
4- Wet the biscuits in the cafe.
5- Line bottom of pan with cookies. Cover with a layer of cream, eggs, sugar, mascarpone.
6- End with a layer of cream. Sprinkle cocoa.
7- Refrigerate 4 hours minimum.
extra notes:
champagne goes perfectly with Tiramisu!!!
