smoothie banana and apple juice recipe

ingredients:


*2/ red apples

*1/ pear

*2/ medium bananas

*1 tbls/ a rounded tablespoon of peanut butter

*150 g/ fresh cream

*cinnamon powder

making:

1-If you have a juicer, you do not need to peel the apples and pears, especially if they are organic. Just remove the seeds.
2-Collect the juice of apples and pears.
3-In the bowl of shield, place the pieces of banana, peanut butter, fresh cream, and apple juice and pear.
4-Mix until it becomes very velvety.
5-During the presentation, sprinkle a little powdered cinnamon and taste.
