Lasagna with salmon, cucumber and pineapple

ingredients:

* 2 cucumbers
* 2 small pineapple victoria
* 2 fresh salmon steaks
* 1 small jar of salmon eggs
* 6 large slices of smoked salmon
* 1 lemon
* 1 small bunch chives
* 4 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
* 2 passion fruit
* Tabasco
*salt pepper

making:


1- Filter the pulp of passion fruit and mix the juice with the oil, salt, pepper and 2-3 drops of Tabasco. Book. Cut the salmon steaks into small cubes. Season with chives and mix gently with salmon eggs.

2- Rinse and dry the cucumbers. Peel the pineapple carefully without removing the heart. Cut the cucumber and pineapple and long thin slices with a mandolin. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

3- On plates, mount the lasagna by layering in this order cucumber ribbon, pineapple, smoked salmon, again cucumber and pineapple. Finish with salmon tartare. Serve chilled and introduce exotic dressing on the side.
