-120g brown sugar

1- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
2 -Chop the dark chocolate. Heat a pan of water and melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
3 -In a bowl, whisk eggs with brown sugar. Add flour and mix well.
4 -Stir in the melted chocolate and compote. Mix well.
5 -Then add the walnuts and a pinch of sea salt and pour into a mold lined with parchment paper.
6- Bake 25 minutes at 180 ° C. Cool to room temperature and taste.
