ingredients:
• 1/2 cup
raw nut butter of choice (almond butter, cashew butter, hazelnut butter, etc.)
• 1/2 cup
soft dates
• 1/4 cup
raw cacao powder or carob powder
• Drop of
mint or peppermint oils
making:
1- Blend the dates separately first, to ensure that they will be smooth in
the final product.
2- Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until the entire mixture
forms into a ball of dough.
3- Take pieces of
dough and roll in your hands to form balls.
