Kiwi Lime Pie

ingredients:

*For the pie Crust we need:                 
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
 -Dash of salt


  • For your crust, Blend all of the above ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until it forms a dough. Pat the dough into the bottom of a pie plate. 
*For Pie Filling:
-3 ripe avocados, cubed
-Juice of 3-4 limes (or lemons)
-1/2 cup dates
-Dash of vanilla
-Extra raw honey 


making:

- Blend all of the pie filling ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until nice and smooth( If the dates are extra dry or you think they wonʼt blend well, blend these separately ahead of time). Taste it to make sure itʼs not too sour, and that you canʼt taste the avocado.
-Pour the pie filling into the pie plate. Then decorate with slices of peeled kiwis. Slice and serve immediately. This pie will not keep long in the refrigerator because avocados turn brown once they are sliced open.
