Pork Shabu Shabu Salad Recipe

ingredients:

  • -3 tomatoes
  • -2/3 lb Daikon radish
  • -4 green onions
  • -1/2 lb pork, thinly sliced

making:

  1. cut tomatoes thinly, and place them to cover the plate. Finely grate Daikon radish and set aside. Chop green onions into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Make the dressing. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, boil water and cook pork slices one by one for 10 to 15 seconds or so. Remove from hot water, put in ice water, and pat dry with paper towel.
  4. Place grated Daikon radish and pork over tomatoes, top with chopped green onions. At this point you can chill in the fridge for 1/2-1 hour.
