ingredients:
-200g/ flour- 35ml/ milk
- 25g/ sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/ eggs
- 40g/ butter
- 1/ pinch of salt
making:
1- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add milk, mix well. Add the eggs and mix again.
2-Melt the butter in the microwave at low power, or in a double boiler. Pour it over the dough pancakes and whisk vigorously to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
3-Butter a non-stick pan and place over high heat. When hot, pour a small ladle of batter pancakes. Cook until the appearance of small bubbles on the surface of the pancake. Slide a spatula under the pancake, turn it over and cook 1-2 minutes.
