Kale juice

to make this healthy juice you have to:


1- clean organic kale with water, but for non-organic please use the cleaners to clean the kale

2- submerge the kale into cold water for 10 minutes to freshen up the vegetable. Then, insert it into the juicer slowly.

Kale is full of vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin P, Calcium, iron, and many other minerals. The vitamin A it contains helps children grow. Vitamin B decreases fatigue and improves your appetite while vitamin C helps the skin become smooth and soft. Kale also protects the skin, eyes, and immune system, and its fibers clean the waste in intestines and strengthens the liver.
