Chocolate tart

ingredients:


*1/ pastry
  • For the filling:
*300 g/ Chocolate pastry 
*500 g/ single cream
*2/ eggs

making:

1- Preheat oven to 170 ° C or gas mark 6.

2- Cook without filling pie dough 30-35 minutes. Leave the oven in operation for cooking the filled pie.

3- Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. The key is not to overheat it to not make it grainy. Add the chocolate eggs. Mix well. Add the cream to the mixture and stir it. The mixture thickens because the chocolate is still slightly warm.

4- Pour the chocolate cream on the pie shell. Straighten a little garnish.
5- Bake at 170 ° C or gas mark 6 for about fifteen minutes. Savour it barely warm.
