*50 g/ of dried cranberries
*1/ egg
*50 g/ brown sugar
*50 g/ caster sugar
*120 g/ butter
*200 g/ wheat flour
making:
1-Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6).
2-In a bowl, beat the egg omelet and add the different sugars and mix. Melt the butter and pour it on the preparation. Mix well to obtain a smooth paste.
3-Add the cranberries to the preparation. Finally, add the flour and mix well all ingredients.
4-Spread a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet from the oven. Using a small spoon, form regular dough small heaps taking care to space them.
5-Bake for about 15 minutes.
6-When cooked, detach them from the plate and let cool before storing them in a box, dry, so they do not soften.
